You can order several rugs and make your final decision during a home demonstration. You'll keep only the rug that truly captivates you, and we'll handle the return of the rest to our store.

We offer delivery services for your orders. Delivery within Dubai is completely free. For addresses outside this zone, the shipping cost is calculated on an individual basis.

Typically, delivery times range from 1 to 4 days. However, in some cases, it may extend to 5-10 days for deliveries outside Dubai. The exact delivery time will be communicated to you by the store manager upon order confirmation. We can also arrange for same-day delivery, subject to the availability of goods in our stores.

Please note that we offer contactless delivery and payment options for your safety and convenience!

You also have the option to pick up the rug from our store. Simply place an order on our website, and we'll prepare the rug for your preview. This ensures you can check it without wasting time. Rest assured, the rug will be reserved for you and won't be sold to anyone else. If needed, we can move the rug between our stores.

Payment

Payment upon delivery

If your order is delivered by a courier, you can pay in cash or by credit card directly to the courier. Please remember to check the product's configuration, warranty card, and receipt upon receipt.

If you choose to pay upon delivery during a rug demonstration, both cash and credit card payment options are available. Please inform the operator if you wish to pay by card upon order confirmation.

In-store payment

We also offer in-store payment options. You can pay for your purchase in cash or by credit card at any Art de Vivre store in Dubai.

For Legal Entities

We offer cashless payment options for legal entities. If you require an invoice and a contract for non-cash payment, please inform the store manager. We will provide you with all the necessary documentation.
