Exchange and refund policy

If the rug does not suit your interior, it might be effortlessly exchanged or returned.

  • You can exchange and return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Our manager will arrange the pickup of the return items by the courier at a time that suits you. The purchase amount will be refunded to your original method of payment the day after the rug is returned.

Alternatively, you can return the rug in person to the store where it was purchased.

Please note that exchanges and refunds are only possible with a receipt. The product must be in a sellable condition, showing no signs of use, with all labels and tags intact.

Before returning, please ensure the rug is properly packed:

  1. Roll the rug and secure it with twine in at least two places.
  2. Fully wrap the rug, including its ends, in a thin film.
  3. Secure the wrapped rug with adhesive tape in at least four places.
  4. Seal the ends of the packed rug with additional adhesive tape.
  5. For rugs larger than 3.0 x 4.0, fold them in an "envelope" style. First, fold the rug in half lengthwise and then roll it. The packaging process remains the same as for smaller rugs (points 1-4).
