About the carpet

<div>If the carpet doesn’t suit you, you can easily exchange or return it.<ul><li>You can exchange or return the product within 100 days from the date of purchase.&nbsp;</li><li>You can request a free carpet return through our courier service.&nbsp;</li></ul>To do this, call our call center at <a href="tel:+97152667827,7">+971526678277</a> . The manager will arrange the return, and our courier will collect the carpet at a time that is convenient for you. The purchase amount will be refunded to your card the day after the carpet is returned.You can also return the carpet to the store where it was purchased.<ul><li>Exchange and return are possible only with a valid receipt.&nbsp;</li><li>The product must be in good condition, not used, and all labels, tags, and stickers must be intact.</li></ul> Before returning the carpet, you must pack it:<ol><li>Roll up the carpet and tie it securely in at least two places with twine.</li><li>Fully wrap the carpet in tight plastic wrap, including the ends.</li><li>Securely tape the wrapped carpet in at least four places.</li><li>Seal the ends of the wrapped carpet with additional tape.</li><li>For carpets larger than 3.0×4.0 meters, fold them like an envelope. First, fold the carpet in half lengthwise, and then roll it up. Follow the same packaging steps as for smaller carpets (steps 1–4).</li></ol></div>
